Psychosocial Rehabilitation
(PSR)

Rebuilding Confidence. Restoring Community. Reclaiming Life.

At Archways, we believe that recovery is about more than treatment, it’s about thriving. Our Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services are here to support individuals diagnosed with mental health or co-occurring conditions in building the skills, confidence, and connections needed to live fully and independently in the community.

Core Program Areas

We focus on practical, hands-on learning in areas that support everyday success:

  • Nutrition & Wellness: Menu planning, food prep, and healthy habits that fuel the body and mind.
  • Environmental Management: Skills for maintaining a home, from cleaning routines to basic repairs.
  • Communication & Connection: Activities like newsletter writing and group discussions that build confidence and community awareness.
  • Dual Diagnosis Support: Specialized support for individuals managing both mental health and substance use challenges.

What is PSR?

Psychosocial Rehabilitation helps people reconnect with daily life through group-based learning, skill development, and one-on-one support. Whether someone is working on managing symptoms, returning to work, or simply rebuilding routines, our PSR program offers the tools and encouragement needed to move forward.

Why It Matters

PSR is about more than learning life skills. It’s about reclaiming independence, building relationships, and creating a life that feels fulfilling. Every participant has their own goals, and we’re here to walk beside them every step of the way.

Who Can Benefit?

Adults living with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders who are ready to grow their independence and re-engage with the world around them.
