Archways is a nonprofit behavioral healthcare organization serving individuals and families across Broward County since 1983. We provide accessible, person-centered support for those facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, housing instability, and other barriers to independence and well-being.
What We Do
Our Certified Behavioral Health Case Managers work one-on-one with each person to understand their needs, priorities, and goals. Together, we create a plan that supports recovery and growth. This may include finding safe housing, accessing healthcare, applying for benefits, or reconnecting with the community.

Types of Case Management
Community Case Management
We support individuals in managing daily needs and building strong community ties. This may include help with public benefits, referrals, and life planning.
Supported Housing Case Management
For clients living in Archways residential programs or where other housing support is needed, our team ensures they have the tools, services, and structure to live as independently as possible.
Forensic Case Management
In partnership with the Broward County Mental Health Court, we work compassionately with individuals involved in the justice system. Our goal is to provide treatment over incarceration and support long-term recovery.
Care Coordination Teams (CCT)
This intensive service pairs a Case Manager and Peer Support Specialist to offer weekly support. It’s ideal for individuals with complex needs who are working toward long-term wellness and independence.
